technically, no, there is no weed hangover. I'm not sure why I'm so tired the next day, I should find out though.
Of course, it really does rely on the strain of weed. I'd hate to smoke northern lights or something and be expected to run a mile lol

just eat it instead, make some brownies or something.
also, bowls/bongs do not get rid of carcinogens, any vaporized or smoked cannabis in any way will produce some carcinogens, although vaporizing is the best option besides eating.

yeah i might buy a vaporizer, im not really that into smoking, i do on the occasion, i jus thought maybe with a better night of sleep and more relaxed muscles it might help

there can be some effects of weed that in theory could help u. but i wouldnt bank on it. like the dilation of arteries to increase bloodflow, and the dilation of the bronchial tracts that help breathing (although this also makes u more susceptible to what i like to call "chronic" bronchitis haha). but these effects are too minor to really make u run better track. also the sleep thing, small amounts of cannabis can help sleep, but ive also read that heavy use reduces endogenous production of melatonin (the hormone produced by the pineal gland in ur brain that makes u sleep). idk id say dont sweat it, if it seems to hinder ur performance, then stop. it wont make u permanantly suck at track i can tell u that for sure. but i HIGHLY doubt it will make any significant difference. if u really wanna improve ur energy and muscle strength id say look into good supplements like the nitrous boosters that improve vasodilation, creatine that brings more water to your muscles so they have more energy and better recovery, a good protein supplement, (i suggest nitrotech hardcore that shit is bomb) stuff like that. theyre generally for lifting, but theyd probably help. testostrogro HP 2 is good too cause it naturally boosts testosterone and blocks ur body from turning the hightened levels into estrogen. but its just herbal supplements that arent strong enough to really fuck ur body up like roiding or taking actually HGH or testosterone. k im getting off topic ill shut up now. hope that helps.

Weed has helped me become faster in track. No lie. Recently, as a senior, i've smoked during lunch of the track meets and ran and I have never ran a faster time in my life ! With of course proper stretching and warmup activities. I've been relaxed running, my stride has increased since I feel so free out there. You run your fastest relaxed and weed just makes me focus strictly on track being as relaxed as possible and nothing else. Its pretty tight. I dont run anything over 400 meters.
