Alrighty, just drafted this up quick, we want some good feedback and critique.

What should be added? removed?
What has more importance? less importance?
Constructive criticism guys, and remember this is just a brainstorm, nothing is set in stone
also its a community decision, everyone's opinion counts, except for tsun.

The main purpose of <insert name here> is to discuss and share information about everything Weed/Cannabis (whichever fits). This is a community based on the shared love and interest of the Cannabis plant. The forum is here to facilitate discussion on a wide-range of topics, from activism, growing to how to make your own bong out of a paper clip, rubberband and toothpick. We are here to inform and educate and discuss about both the positive and negative aspects of marijuana while forming a community oriented and positive environment for everyone. All opinions are valued and should be expressed but we do follow a set of rules to ensure the respect and positive energy of the forums. Welcome to <insert name here> and we hope you enjoy your stay.

Yeah, it may be a little wordy, but its general and sets a good tone for the community.

way to add a flame there =P

is it possible to lock threads? i know some forums can. definatly if any thread continues to flame even after a warning it should be immediatly locked and either a post added or the first post edited to tell why. alot of my other forums do that and there never any threads as bad as we got here.

and if new members are like pen and post something offensive, rather than being told they are fags, the rules should be explained in a single post and then nothing more said on the subject.

and you can make a bong out of a paperclip, rubber band, and tooth pick? wouldnt you need to add something else to that list? lol

i think our goal is a place for stoners to get help for weed related questions or problems, but also to have a chance to talk to other stoners about random things.

edit:: i put minor changes just because i think we should have a random chatting subforum, about absolutly anything.

As mod, I personally will keep flaming to a minimum. And yes I can make a bong from those things. Sometimes even less . Ive done with just a cup of water and a bud.

We need to set up a constitution of the the new site and put in place rules to deal with the problems we've had here.
We should also make it impossible to create more than one account.

if you need to make more than one account, then that person is probably a troll or spammer, and we wouldnt want that person here. youre an exception, voxx <3

IP indexing alone will not work, we need to be able to verify the user by IP, Mac address, cookies, etc.

i totally agree with you even more in the crating more than one account it shold only be 1 per ip
